Williams Alley
Ecoroofs Oregon assumed the maintenance of Humboldt neighborhood’s Williams Alley in 2016. The 3,500 square foot ecoroof, which tops the seven townhouse apartments, consists of three separate roofs that absorb rainwater and insulate the roof. The building complex houses all stormwater on site. Williams Alley Maintenance consists of four 2-hour work sessions for two crew members four times annually.
