John’s Landing Auxiliary Dwelling Unit
This southwest Portland Auxiliary Dwelling Unit (ADU) built over an existing garage on a steep slope was crowned with a membrane roof, sedum plantings, and concrete pavers, extending the living space and maximizing the river and mountain view.
Manning Design + Construction worked closely with the owner and general contractor within the tight design to create an inviting space just steps from the living room of the main house.
