Roseway ADU
The ADU in this NE Portland residence was one of our more detailed structural projects in 2014. Half of the structure was supported on a grade beam and two columns carrying both gravity and seismic loads, enabling the entire building to be open underneath. To meet stormwater requirements, the project included a small rain garden.
